The European Commission operates an Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer disputes at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This is required disclosure under Regulation (EU) 524/2013. We participate when requested.
For specific dispute clauses, governing law, and consumer rights, see the Terms of Sale, Section 10. For privacy-related complaints, see the supervisory authority list in the Privacy Policy.
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body under the Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (Germany) — however, consumer authorities remain available, and the ODR platform above is always an option. We resolve the vast majority of issues by direct communication.
Imprint pages exist so that anyone can find who is behind a website — including consumer authorities, courts, and customers with a complaint. We treat this page as the single source of truth and keep it current.
