Who is the early access programme for?
Adults experiencing peripheral nerve discomfort who want to try a non-pharmacological approach, are comfortable being part of a feedback cohort, and live in one of the launch markets. It is not a substitute for medical advice — see a clinician for diagnosis.
What is the time commitment for feedback?
Roughly 10 minutes a week for the first 8 weeks. A short structured questionnaire plus the option to write in detail. After 8 weeks the cadence drops to monthly.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, any time before the device ships. After it ships, the standard 30-day refund policy applies — free return, full refund, no questions.
What if my country is not in the list yet?
